Most bridges and locks work Sunday hours on holidays (feestdagen, abbreviated as fd) and it is useful to be aware of these dates to avoid unexpected blockages. It is also a time when most towns organise special events and festivals so it is nice to plan to make the most of these festivities by arriving in the right place at the right time. | | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | Easter (Pasen)
