Bergen op Zoom's only yacht harbour currently lies in a rather unattractive industrial area somewhat distant from the centre, but a new watersports centre is planned which will at least offer a more attractive setting. An important regional centre with good shopping and transport links which won a Best Town Centre award in 2007.
